Juventus have been linked with an interest in Inter Milan midfielder Matias Vecino, but a deal appears unlikely.
The Uruguay national team midfielder, 30, is out of contract in June. He has started just one Serie A game under Simone Inzaghi this season and the club could opt to sell him next month.
According to reports from La Republica, Zebra are approaching the prospect of making an offer for Vecino, but Inter will likely turn away quickly. without interest in selling the players to the archetypal competitors
Vecino, 30, who joined Inter from Fiorentina in August 2017, has made 15 appearances in all competitions this season. But it only lasted 388 minutes, scoring one goal in a 6-1 attack on Bologna in September.
Juve are looking to strengthen their midfield squad and believe Vecino could be a good option at a low price. But they’ll likely have to look for alternatives.
Other clubs are keen on the player but he may have to hold out until the end of the season if he is going to get the kind of move he would like to a La Liga side or a Premier League team.
Stefano Sensi and Alexis Sanchez are also possible departures.
