According to Football Insider, Newcastle boss Eddie Howe is not interest in signing Manchester United striker Anthony Martial.

The France international’s agent has previously revealed that the player in charge wants to leave Old City. Trafford hasn’t been given much playing time since.

Earlier, it was report that “Salika Dong” wanted to bring Martial to the front line to fight relegation after the team sink to the bottom of the Premier League table. Won only one game this season. It has been reveal that it is ready to pay the loan price of 6 million pounds.

However, according to the Football Insider’s report, Howe does not view Martial as a potential target for the squad. The report claims the team is focusing more on defending and midfield reinforcements.

Meanwhile, it has been reveal that Martial would prefer a move to Sevilla in Spain rather than staying in England.

One team who can afford to pay for the forward were Newcastle, but they have reportedly cooled their interest in the Frenchman. Since their takeover, the Magpies have cultivated a perception of a cash-rich club, although the reason for ceding interest in Martial is more financial than anything.

Reports suggest Eddie Howe is not keen to adhere to Manchester United’s demand for a £6 million loan fee. Although his priority remains signing defenders and a midfielder, the Newcastle manager wants to bring in a new forward.
